TIDEWATER TRITONS

~ Mission Statement ~

The mission of the Tidewater Tritons is dedicated to the athletic development, personal growth and sportsmanship of youth hockey players within the Tidewater Virginia area. We aim to be the focal point for future high level hockey teams in our area by being centrally located between Richmond and Virginia Beach. Thus, pulling together to forge the strongest, most talented teams in the Tidewater. We encourage the development of our players individually as hockey players but just as important, as teammates, teaching them valuable lessons that can be applied long after they leave the rink – leadership, commitment, good sportsmanship, self discipline, personal growth, accountability, integrity, hard work, team work and outstanding character. We strive instill this in all of players that wear our sweater. Most of all, we promote the fun of hockey and love of the game, not just in our players but with our hockey families. This is achieved through our in season activities for each of our teams, both on and off the ice, and of course through various hockey tournaments that we play in.

TRITONS PRACTICE SCHEDULE...

We will post various Puck Shoot slots at Chilled Ponds Yorktown, Chilled Ponds Chesapeake, and Richmond Skate Nation Plus for players that would like to practice together before tournaments when a Tritons coach will be present
